Related Sees Surge Of International Buyers, Will Launch 60-Story Casa Bella

Related sees a spike in demand for condos from international buyers, now that borders are open, and is about to launch sales for a 60-story tower called Casa Bella.

The developer has approval for a total of three towers with 1,430 residential units and 1,629 parking spaces at 1400 Biscayne, all connected by a podium. Two of those towers would be around 60 stories, with a third at about 50 stories.

Related says they are now experiencing a surge of international buyers at their nearby Baccarat Residences and District 225 projects.
