The Subway is back 24/7

Round-the-clock subway service in New York City resumed May 17 after more than a year of late-night, pandemic-related closures.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo made the announcement in late April wrapped it into a broader swath of reopening announcements that end most pandemic-related capacity limits and eliminate restaurant curfews.

No Indoor Masks For Fully Vaccinated

Federal health officials declared that fully vaccinated people could go into most environments regardless of crowd size without a face-covering or without social distancing.
The guidance does come with a few caveats. CDC officials said that people will still need to wear face-coverings when traveling on airplanes, buses, trains and on public transportation. South Florida house hunters may finally be catching a break. After months of increases, the median price for single-family homes appears to be stabilizing.

The total number of residential home sales rose by +33.5% year to year, from 1,862 in February 2020 to 2,485 in February 2021. Hudson Yards Vessel to Be Dismantled

In a joint statement, the Vessel’s designer Thomas Heatherwick and Hudson Yards developer, Related Companies, announced that the 150-foot-tall copper-clad staircase will be dismantled for safety reasons.
Instead, a digital rendering of the structure will be sold as a non-fungible token (NFT) in an auction next month. Earnings from the sale will be used to cover the costs of disassembling the structure.
