The first development is set to grace the vibrant city of Miami, and this anticipated partnership is widely believed to be linked to JDS Development Group’s renowned 888 Brickell Avenue project, while the second will find its home in the picturesque Marbella, Spain.

Although this exciting project’s finer details, including the tower’s official name, remain shrouded in secrecy, several potential monikers are being considered. Possibilities include Dolce & Gabbana Residences, Dolce & Gabbana Tower, or even the sleek and abbreviated D & G Tower. Delivery of the Miami supertall is scheduled for 2027.
