Miami’s Elysee tower has topped off, the developers announced in a press release. The glass tower is now at its tallest height of 57 stories and 649 feet, making it the tallest in Edgewater.

There will only be 100 units in the entire building, with residences that either take up half a floor or a full floor. Prices range from $1.8 million to over $10 million. Over the summer, a penthouse unit at Elysee sold for $12.8 million – a record price for Edgewater. The space was sold unfinished and includes three stories and 11,600 square feet.

Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot. Two Roads Development is the developer, while John Moriarty & Associates of Florida is the building’s general contractor.
