Dopo decenni di degrado, il quartiere ha compiuto una totale inversione di tendenza all\u2019inizio degli anni 2000. Grazie agli investimenti realizzati nella parte pi\u00f9 meridionale di Manhattan, oggetto di un rinnovato interesse come luogo globale per i giovani di tendenza.
