Questo volume scese ancora del 37% nel 2017, secondo i dati forniti dai broker dall\u2019 Ariel Property Advisors. Sebbene l\u2019anno scorso i prezzi abbiano registrato un piccolo riassestamento, siamo ora di nuovo ai livelli del 2015 ed il numero di transazioni \u00e8 ancora parecchio basso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel 2015, furono 125 le trattative registrate a Manhattan per terreni al di sotto della 96esima. 59 invece quelle registrate nel 2018.
