Le vendite di case unifamiliari sono aumentate di circa il 4% attestandosi a 1.265, mentre, secondo l\u2019associazione degli agenti immobiliari di Miami, le vendite dei Condo sono diminuite dell&#8217;1,4% a quota 1.364. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A marzo, le vendite dei Condo hanno registrato un\u2019 impennata, con un incremento del 18% rispetto all&#8217;anno precedente. Anche i prezzi sono aumentati, in crescita del 3,2% in aprile per le case unifamiliari salendo a $ 356.000 e del 2,8% in quelle dei Condo a quota $ 248.000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Broward<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anche a Broward si registra un aumento delle vendite aumentate del 4,4% su base annua a quota 3.141 vendite. Questo grazie a un salto dell&#8217;11,8% relativo alle vendite di case unifamiliari attestato a 1.541. In flessione il dato sulle vendite dei Condo, diminuite di quasi il 2%, portandosi a 1.600.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Superato il miliardo di dollari per quel che riguarda il volume totale delle vendite, con un totale di $ 1,1 miliardi ad aprile, superando i $ 987 milioni del precedente dato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nonostante il balzo delle vendite di case unifamiliari, il prezzo mediano di una casa \u00e8 salito solo dell&#8217;1,3% a $ 360.000.
