Non particolarmente rilevante la differenza rispetto ai <strong>giorni di presenza sul mercato<\/strong>, solamente un giorno in meno rispetto allo stesso periodo del precedente anno, a quota 91.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_-5194793521040985268docs-internal-guid-7d6c51c3-7fff-2af3-a472-a8222c1db816\"><strong>L\u2019inventario<\/strong> (ovvero il numero di immobili in vendita) sale per l\u2019ottavo trimestre consecutivo + 6.2% con 7.352 unit\u00e0 disponibili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_-5194793521040985268docs-internal-guid-7d6c51c3-7fff-2af3-a472-a8222c1db816\">Anche il <strong>tasso d\u2019assorbimento<\/strong>, chiamiamolo pure \u201critmo del mercato\u201d, \u00e8 in rallentamento con un corposo +22.9% raggiungendo gli<strong> 8.6 mesi<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"m_-5194793521040985268docs-internal-guid-7d6c51c3-7fff-2af3-a472-a8222c1db816\">Che, per essere onesti, non \u00e8 nemmeno cos\u00ec male&#8230;considerando che <strong>la media degli ultimi 20 anni \u00e8 di 8.4 mesi<\/strong>. Anche se solamente 4 anni f\u00e0 la velocit\u00e0 del mercato era doppia con un tasso d\u2019assorbimento di 4.6 mesi!
