In particolare il report analizza l\u2019andamento dell\u2019occupazione e della richiesta abitativa rivelando come quest\u2019ultimo non sia al passo con il primo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">New York City detiene la pi\u00f9 alta concentrazione occupazionale dell\u2019intera tri-state region, con una media di 150.000 lavoratori per miglio quadrato (1 miglio = 1,6 km) nella sola Lower Manhattan. La citt\u00e0 inoltre dal 2010 ha guadagnato in media oltre 90.000 posti di lavoro ogni anno oltre a 309.000 lavoratori, il che rappresenta pi\u00f9 di un terzo della crescita della forza lavoro dell\u2019intera regione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tutto questo mentre l\u2019offerta immobiliare \u00e8 scesa in media del 20% ogni anno fino alla recessione del 2008.
