Discorso simile per gli immobili di tipo\u00a0<strong>condo\u00a0<\/strong>con prezzo di richiesta\u00a0<strong>tra i $500.000 e $999.000<\/strong>, che hanno registrato un<strong>\u00a0incremento dei contratti preliminari<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong>+21,2%<\/strong>\u00a0ed una\u00a0<strong>diminuzione di nuovi immobili sul mercato<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong>-18%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Il report ci fa notare anche come, su base annua,\u00a0<strong>da giugno<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>Long Island<\/strong>\u00a0i preliminari di vendita per\u00a0<strong>case unifamiliari\u00a0<\/strong>siano\u00a0<strong>crollati mese dopo mese<\/strong>.
