Da notare che questo indicatore ha continuato ad essere all&#8217;incirca\u00a0<strong>uguale allo stesso periodo di due anni fa<\/strong>, pre-pandemia,\u00a0<strong>per il secondo mese consecutivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Il\u00a0<strong>prezzo medio per piede quadrato<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 stato di\u00a0<strong>$74,83<\/strong>\u00a0(circa\u00a0<strong>$800 al metro quadro<\/strong>), in rialzo del\u00a0<strong>+20%<\/strong>, mentre il\u00a0<strong>canone medio<\/strong>\u00a0ha guadagnato quasi il\u00a0<strong>+17%<\/strong>\u00a0attestandosi a\u00a0<strong>$4.570<\/strong>.
