With this report we are going to tell you at what prices luxury properties are actually closing and what was their negotiability factor, anybody interested in getting a discount?

There were 79 closing at $4 million and above in January, 29 more compared to December 2019. The Average Closing Price was $7,522,162 down 24% from the previous month, meanwhile the Median Closing Price was $5,750,000, down 5.3% from December. 

The Negotiability Factor, which is the average discount from the last asking price, was 7.96% going up about 3% from the previous month. The Average Days On Market were 265 compared to 366 for the properties that closed in December.
