The Pittsburgh-based university Carnegie Mellon will open a tech-focused branch in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood following a $3 billion gift from hedge fund manager Ken Griffin, which includes a $1.1 billion land acquisition of the 35-acre Mana Wynwood venue.
