The historic Greenwich Studios in North Miami just hit the market for $15 million, The Real Deal reports.
Classic movie and television productions like “Flipper” and “Miami Vice” were shot at the warehouse complex at 12100 Northeast 16th Avenue # 100. Movie producer Ivan Tors founded the studio in the 60’s. It officially opened in 1964.

Movies like “The Birdcage,” ”Stuck On You,” and “There’s Something About Mary” also were filmed at the studios.
Records show Sylvan Adams, CEO of Iberville Developments, bought the property in 1990 for $1.4 million. The Montreal-based, family-owned real estate company owns and manages nearly 8 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate, according to Forbes.

The warehouse complex, along the northwest corner of Northeast 16th Avenue and Northeast 121st Street has three warehouses that combined span 47,000 square feet. The property sits on a 2.7 acre parcel.
